Our artistic policy is to hire to theatre companies who want to produce well known but hardly ever performed plays by writers such as Ibsen and Pinter etc which will enable actors the chance to perform such classics to a live theatre audience.

'PRACTICAL PRODUCTIONS are theatre & comedy producers who also run a number of professional courses in acting, writing and stand up comedy. We are the producers behind the hit aviation theatre production 'CLUB CLASS' which has now played to over 180 large scale London and UK wide theatres since 2004 and still going strong
We produce two new productions for touring each year for regional theatres using established playwrights work plus new writing projects for the London Fringe, some of which we progress and tour with for the following season.
Our new plays get to be performed as part of the 'Branching Out' Festival in November, when each year we are given a London theatre and tech support for free for one night to test the new production. 'JOY DIVISION' was one such new play which went on to bigger things and playing other London theatres with 4 & 5 Star industry reviews and is now being made into a feature film.
Our productions in the last four years have been seen at some of the country’s leading theatres including The Lowry in Manchester, Derby Playhouse, Everyman Theatre Liverpool, Yvonne Arnauld Theatre Guildford, Hawth Theatre Crawley, Wilde Theatre Bracknell, Wycombe Swan and Malvern Theatre
In 2008 we were invited to perform our acclaimed new historical production 'A Rose Without a Thorn', which chronicled the life of Katherine Howard at the famous Rose Theatre, Bankside and was performed to packed houses at this world famous theatre.
